Buiseness impact here are really bad,on most residence here anymore are tear downs but if you leave two walls you don't have to pay the impact fee.
Some times thety will tear down a $5 mil house that's a few years old to build a $10 mil one

Electrical is only about $250 for a new home, it's the building they nail you on.
Holy chit! Are they trying to discourage people from moving to WA and building new or something?!

They are starting small stuff like that around here. We cant "disturb" more than 400sq feet of our OWN land without getting a permit now. Needless to say Ive been out on the tractor leveling the land out a lot lately before they decide to enforce it!

damn...$10M home....The superbowl party I went to was in a $1.6M home and that was way more than I'd ever need!

Although I think a lot of that price was for the view.

4500 sq ft 5 bedroom with a 1400 sq ft master bedroom off the Game room...

yeah but it's not a WA thing, it's a city thing. Something else thats funny, electrical permits typically go through labor and industries in our state, but not good ole' Bellingham, they run it through the city and govern it themselves so they get the money for that too... We have the hippies in their Prius' that drive around nailing us for land disturbances all the time... They are really nice, but annoying. I have only been warned, not fined yet. But I'm good at playing the nice contractor....

LiveLeak.com - Surveillance video captures shooting at tow firm

Just saw that video on the Discovery Channel....surprised people werent fatally shot in that tiny office!

Notice the guy in the white shirt finally gets the gun out and goes to finish the deal...absolutely no credit given to him!

This video didnt show the parking lot shootout between the cop and the guy and then the tow truck driver going out and shooting the fella. What a ripoff! haha
