No kidding eh! Some people seem to think that if you apply for a job with them, then that is the only resume you have sent out, and that you should work for them, whenever they want ya to!
LOL yeah. I did a phone interview the other day and the gal I was talking to acted all offended when I told her I had been interviewing at other places.
Its like yeah, I've waited my ENTIRE life to work for Company ABC. lol.
Cold up there? It's chilly down here, especially for Houston. I'm tired of this cold weather. I'm ready for some heat, bluebonnets, barbecue, jet skiing and Hill Country road trips. Come on spring!
I have a mini drama unfolding out in the shop right now. It's all over the missing keys to a forklift. Shipping says that my guys stole the keys. My guys insist that they "have nothing to do with it". Things is, they aren't very convincing.
I guess we'll just have to see how all of that plays out....
I'm tired of the cold, too. Its about 2 degrees outside right now. SUpposed to hit 45 this weekend, though.
Why would guys steal keys to a forklift? What good are keys without a forklift to put them in?
My bet is someone put them somwhere, without thinking, and now they can't remember. Go tell them all to stop bickering like women and work together to come up with a solution to the problem. Such as...maybe working together to find them.

Well, last week there was a squabble over the forklift. My guys needed to use it and then Shipping guys were pocketing the keys. They claim that the forklift (it's a big swingmast) belongs to Shipping and that production isn't allowed to use it. That isn't entirely true but that's what they believe. I had to jump in and mediate a solution. Today, the keys have mysteriously came up missing. I think it's my guys trying to teach the Shipping guys a little lesson.
I was just out there in the shop and asked one of my best guys what was going on. He looked me right in the eye and said, "I do not have anything to do with it".
Still, I saw this twinkle in his eye that tells me that he does have something to do with it.
Ok. I found it in the add/remove programs but there has to be a simple mouse click way to do that. Or maybe not? Jeez, I am so ignorant at this!!!!!!!!!
