I'll see what I can do!!! I'd hate to think of you making this face!!! I might try to go up shooting next week, I'll get some for sure.

Lisa- Thank you very much for the insight, I believe a trip to Grandma and Grandpas would be a good idea. When my parents got divorced, I spent most of my time either working or with him, so maybe it's time I had a little chat and maybe clarify this stuff. Sounds like you already went through this and I'm sure it helped to have this figured out some before the horrible day...

Okay, here's some cool pics for my friends. I started out with the tear out on my house...

Then did a few auto cad drawings....

And ended up with this.....A little more than your average flip....A little more than your average remodel/addition...With the exception of the autocad drawing, your standing in the same place both pics....

Pretty good, kinda tired though. I had to unload about 4000lbs of stuff for the store today, then load 1000 lbs back into my truck to take to another place to unload it. It wouldnt be so bad if I could sleep at night

My wife and I tried a flip, the market crashed just after we bought.. nearly lost it to a foreclosure.. found a renter.. now, I am a landlord.. whoopie.. I am not paying 2 house payments, 2 electric bills, 2 water bills, and you get the point.. She will have been in there 1 year.. I have 1 more to go with her.. sadly, there is a flood in the market for rentals.. I dont think I will be able to secure the same rent in a year..I was alway stold you could never loose money in property.. I have been known to prove people wrong before..

Side note: Bodies.. no problem.. pigs.. ( or the chick in the wedding dress, that might work to )final answer.. you dont have to do anything..

Pat that sucks. I guess that saying only applies if you dont have to sell it right away. The market will turn around, but it's gonna be a long time coming. I bet I couldnt sell my house for what I have into it right now... Which is lame since I did all the work for free....

Depends on when one bought their homes(s).

I think my mom's house took about a three hundred thousand dollar hit from this
market slump.

She was smart enough to have purchased it in nineteen sixty six, though.
