Thank you very much for the insight, I believe a trip to Grandma and Grandpas would be a good idea. When my parents got divorced, I spent most of my time either working or with him, so maybe it's time I had a little chat and maybe clarify this stuff. Sounds like you already went through this and I'm sure it helped to have this figured out some before the horrible day...

Hey look! I found another shiny wet deck picture!!!!
This at my old house in Mt. Vernon, 30 minutes from B'Ham.
This awesome pine tree decided to fall over one day....When they built the house next door, they dug the utilities and cut all the roots off. Thanks guys...
Of course I had just got my truck, and the tree was blocking the road, and the chain was there....so....PULL IT!!!!

dang Brent...first pic it looked like a huge tree...amazing when ya get something to put it in perspective!
when yer up visiting grandpa...maybe you could offer to take him out for a ride in the Z!
I guess the band adjustment worked...I had all I could do to eat one eggs scrambled and 2 sausage links for breakfast! Lunch was half a hot pockets! I think imma starve!

Okay, here's some cool pics for my friends. I started out with the tear out on my house...
Then did a few auto cad drawings....
And ended up with this.....A little more than your average flip....A little more than your average remodel/addition...With the exception of the autocad drawing, your standing in the same place both pics....

Pretty good, kinda tired though. I had to unload about 4000lbs of stuff for the store today, then load 1000 lbs back into my truck to take to another place to unload it. It wouldnt be so bad if I could sleep at night

Pat that sucks. I guess that saying only applies if you dont have to sell it right away. The market will turn around, but it's gonna be a long time coming. I bet I couldnt sell my house for what I have into it right now... Which is lame since I did all the work for free....

Live and learn thing, I had enough for a years worth of payments.. it took me two to figure out I had to rent it.. oh well..Live and learn..Thanks Though.

I think my mom's house took about a three hundred thousand dollar hit from this
market slump.
