We love our OT threads Obviously. It is not that we are worried about strangers and anytime someone comes in from the outside we welcome them warmly.
So.... Is it possible to bravely ask Jim to take over the responsibility of The OT here in our forum? And Between him and you make sure that the ot dosn't exceed a week or two?
The sticky idea isn't a bad one by all means! It is just difficult to get use to a new thing no matter what it is. Here or in "Real Life"
To be honest when i first clicked the OT this morning i didnt even notice it had been moved. Either way i will respect the decision that is made.
I do however find it perfectly fair to make the point of:
A. We have alot of supporters in our group
B. Our 7.3 forum is one of the most active and biggest here at FTE
C. We DO NOT argue with each other. I have seen maybe one or two real arguments in the past year i have been here. Quiet frankly half the time i am scared to post in other forums because i dont think/feel like it will be respected or even noticed.
Anyways enough of my analysis... just my .02c Thank you!
Not much, really. Pretty much in observation mode right now. I guess I still don't understand what the problem was/is...just the search function thing? If that's it, close it every week and move the thread out of the 7.3 section...like what clux suggested.
Did you all know that in Oklahoma, it's illegal to use your fog lights unless there's bad weather...rain or snow, etc...I didn't know that until a few hours ago...when I got pulled over for it by the OK Highway Patrol. At least it's just a written warning. In my defense, when I left MO, it was snowing and freezing rain, and fogs came in handy.
Oh, and who's this new girl I've been hearing about?
Im glad to see ya respond too man, I was hoping to hear your opinion on the whole o/t thing, cause I think everyone that participates in it should voice their input.
As for the foglights, its illegal up here too, although i havent heard of anyone being stopped for it. I have heard that it was illegal though.
Illegal? I know in VA its not illegal to use aux lighting of anykind as long as yor dont have your highs on. It used to be anyways.
Oh yea...almost forgot....I went to school with the one 2nd from right. Shes got those expensive mods and only 22....the rest are her fellow bartenders.
