That would be a neat addition to your guys's family of vehicles, and would look nice sitting beside big red!

If we sold the Nissan, and the Jeep we could probably buy one outright. Or maybe find a desperate dealer and trade the Nissan straight across.

Just brainstorming for him at this stage.

I showed this to him and he said "thats awesome"

2000 FORD EXCURSION SUV For Sale At TruckPaper.com

We'd buy a stocker and let Randy do his thing, but you get the idea.

I like it, also like the idea of buying a stocker then personalizing it, thats the way to go.

Is randy planning on jacking it way up and whatnot too? Better watch it though, dont want his truck bigger then yours!

They are getting harder to find you need to go out and get him one now and get him a real vehicle . You know on a side note the other day I went to the auto car wash just to blow the salt off of my truck and after I went through this guy in here Ex (00-01) 7.3L came over and asked if he could fit through there, I about laughed my **** off. His was completely stock even 265s and my truck has 285s and a CC SB. I told him to tuck the mirrors and go with it (the carwash was really tight the booms missed the rear of the truck by 5 inches).

Oh please Sheldon. Don't tell me a big tough guy such as yourself is afraid of a marriage certificate.

Randy told me the other night we could go down to the courthouse tomorrow if I wanted to...I don't want that. How romantic. He brought me home flowers as a surprise for the first time ever last night. I almost fell over in shock.

Randy is the last boy to carry on the family name. We're going to have to have a traditional wedding or his parents will croak. I'm not ready to plan a wedding, so I told him not to worry about it right now.

Oh yeah, I can see some "mod wars" in Lisa and Randy's future haha

Anyone live near where alot of people use craigslist? Been looking for a gasser 4x4 up here for awhile, for a winter beater, but cant find anything that is decent. Noticed that sometimes a guy can find a truck for sale for pretty cheap some places down in the states!

ya already bought him a dually din't ya??????????

Seriously, I paid less than 10k for my pretty much stock 7.3 excursion on ebay this past june. It has been previous salvage title in its life.... but I used to be in that game... does not scare me as long as it was done right. Cost $190 to fill the tank the first time as diesel was about $4.50/ gallon. Them ex's have a 44 gallon tank. $21k seems kinda steep for that one. Keep an eye on the local paper and ebay....or just cruise the local car lots. Zimmerman ford is not far from you....greatest ford part department I have ever worked with... check there as well. 4001 first ave se in CR, not far from the lindale mall.

ETA- quick ebay search....
