thanks guys. Just frustrating that I had this all planned out to work perfect and we come to a grinding halt waiting for one guy to do an hour inspection. I have decided that i will never buy a house again without a realtor.

Good Morning Wyoming! Well, currently getting our first snowfall of the season, they're saying around 2-4, so nothing too bad. Not quite as cold this morning either. Was around 3 when I came in, and no wind, which makes a HUGE difference! It's also nice having a warm butt on the way to work-Gotta love heated seats!!LOL!

Morning Pat. I had my heated seats cranked up this morning and it was real nice. It is 20 degrees with a little wind which is about twice as warm as yesterdays high.

Good morning Miles, Pat, and all others that come this way. The squeaky wheel gets the grease Miles. I think if a person does a house or land transaction they should first have 2 years of law behind them before atempting to buy or sell other wise in can get treacherous. I' am looking forward to you getting it all settled. I have known others around the Cheyenne area within the last 6 months that went at it the way you are and there was times when they wanted to pull their hair out but it worked out OK in the end. Until then Pepto Bismal and faith.

Pat, happy winter morning to you sir, heated seats? Wheres the adventure in that? The only thing I have around here with a heated seat is when I put my rear end up against some thing hot and hope I dont burst into flame. LOL.

The appraisal is scheduled this morning at 11 am. paperwork will be turned into the bank before closing time today. Turned out when the bank contacted him the transfer of phone numbers went haywire so the appraiser has been trying to contact us with the wrong phone numbers. I guess the appraisal would have never happened if he couldn't get in contact with us. So good news today so far.

It has been claimed that I' am so tight that I have to screw my socks on and squeak when I walk so when I say I thought it was criminal to pay 11,000 for a ordered brand new GMC 4X4 1/2 ton in my favorite color of red in 1981, you can only amagine how I feel about it now.
