Morning Miles, you are correct, that is to good of a deal to pass up. Similar to buying the wife an '08 Ford Edge a few weeks ago. It is used, all of 7100 miles on it and we got it for about $2k under KBB.

Hey Miles. It was pretty cold here this morning also, around 10 when I left for work. Wait a minute....are you saying...that the wind has STOPPED blowing in Cheyenne??? I didn't think that every happened!!!LOL!

On the weather.com the wind is actually listed as calm. Should be an the national news later today.

after a total blindside last week and much yelling on my part, we are closing today at 3:00. It is actually better this way in the end since we only have to pay for one day of interest now instead of 8 days. Now I have two reasons to drink champagne tonight.

Hey, that's great Miles! One of the Nebraska members, Rob, is closing on his house today also, if he doesn't pull his hair out first, it's just been a mess for him!

I don't think it's possible for it to be calm in Cheyenne...Unless the planet has stopped rotating or something...

I really don't understand it Pat. The wind has never not blown here. I just looked outside and the trees aren't even moving. hell must be about ready to freeze over.
