I couldnt imagine waiting that long to vote!

We just went through that crap up here, and it took me about 5 minutes to go and vote.

One good thing about having to vote in a small town!

Funny thing though, they made me go vote in a small town that was about a half hour drive from me, when there is one town that is about 10 minutes, and the biggest city in saskatchewan, which is 25 minutes away.

We have an over-zealous co-worker with a big mouth and loves to talk politics. I've been avoiding him like the plague.

Morning folks, Hip seems to be okay today. I didnt sleep at all last night, I guess it was the effects of the steroid shot, but the good thing is I dont feel tired today. I got up (after watching the clock all night) at 4 am and went into the office to catch up on some paper work, left the house at 615 and tried to stop and vote but the lines were so long that it would have taken an more than an hour to get done, and I had a meeting to get to so I will try around lunch time.

Yep, we have several of those, on both sides of the ticket. I already had one of them try and bend my ear on the phone and I told him STOP, I already voted, and I don't want to hear it.

And I tell you what, never put on your voter registration that you are unaffiliated, I have been getting people coming to my door, phone calls, ads like crazy in my mailbox...

I am not going to be able to get away from work today so I did the absentee ballot last night on the way home.

Good job on the double kills Lisa.

I haven't stick welded in years. I have a 110 Hobart mig with gas that works great for all my welding needs.

I mailed my ballot in about 3 weeks ago, I am just ready for it to all be over. I am ready to see all the silly commercials instead of all the political ones.

Hope you can stay away from your co-worker today Chris.

That'll never happen. Not unless you want to turn every single farmer, hunter, military member, and redneck into one giant militia - overnight. While they are politicians, I don't believe they are that dumb.

Mark, you don't have to worry about me voting, I will. I just didn't have time for the line with a meeting looming. I am free during the middle of the day so a two hr line will not faze me then. I realize that it is my privilege to be able to vote, and I will not waste the opportunity.
