Lynden. I have heard in the last few years they have slacked off a bit but it used to be really bad.

Dan, yes, that will smoke a TV quite nicely. And, yes, I speak from experience. After an ice storm last winter, I hooked up a generator, 220 V, for my in-laws by tapping in to existing wiring, safely!. Everything went fine until the ground wire in the box lost connection and created a 220 circuit when both legs were connected together through the neutral wire in the house when an appliance on each leg came on. Smoked that TV right now. Believe it or not, it was repaired and works fine today. (Hope Jim doesn't chew me out for having done this. I definitely learned what NOT to do.)

Afternoon guys! I just got back in from 4 hrs of bush hogging about to go grab me a bite to eat and think very hard about cleaning up and waxing the truck.

Lisa if you like to see diesels decked out like jacked up ricers with mammoth lifts, graphics and beds that only carry sound systems you would love 8 lug .

Im firing my stall guy! i decided to swing out to the barn and say hi to my horses on their day off. I found one of my top trail horses in his pen outside with not a drop of water anywhere!!!!! If my stall guy (We'll call him bruno) was here this morning doing his chores till atleast 10am and i got here at 12pm if he had filled his water bucket there is NO WAY that horse drank 20gallons of water in two hours... it is not possible. Which means either

A: He wasn't here at all (meaning my horses didn't get brakefast)

B: He ran in threw hay and left

C: He had one of his buddys come feed (which i know hes done before)

or

D: I don't care which one it is he's getting fired!!!!!

The horse was extremely dehydrated and while i was filling his bucket he sat there letting me spray him in the face so he could drink while i was filling his bucket! He's ok now and will be fine, but if i hadn't come out here i am confident he would be almost dead by tonight!

hope everyone is having a nice weekend thank you for letting me vent i think i may need a new keyboard for the puter now!

Time to clean house, Nolan.
I hate having to fire people but sometimes it has to happen.

Sometimes you just have to and when you do it feels really good.

Nolan, I've never owned a horse before, but I volunteered for a rescue many years back..and horses get dehyrdrated easily...especially in a place like CA...I can't even imagine how hot it must have been out today?

It's obvious the guy isn't doing his job. I would've canned him after I found out he had a buddy come out and do his job for him...
