Travis- LOL I have been there and yes i have no desire to go back! I picked up a horse there once and left as fast as possible...
I'm not here for the scenery or the weather that's for SURE! This is just the place where we swap out crews when running West. In the heat of the massive Summer heat here, it's 120* very often!
Its like the small town you see people broke down in the movies in! Thats what it reminded me of... Then "bubba" comes up to ya, smiles with three teeth and asks if he can wash your windshield for a beer!

No, nothing! It's starting to freak me out a bit. Tons of showings, an average of 3 a day..no offers yet. Few people have sent feedback claiming they were considering making offers. Lots of feedback, the only negative I have gotten is that people don't like the street my house is on (busier than an average residential street), had one lady claim my yard was too big - she didn't want the yard work.
Coat of mud?
I mow in my pj's all the time. lol. I have throwaway clothes, and nice clothes...pj's make it into the throwaway clothes category.
I'd hate for my guy to get his "things" caught up in the mower. That would ruin all my fun.

What are you a pilot?
Hmmm. . . horses dehydrate easily. . . i'll have to keep that in mind. I've never really been a horse guy(I do currently live on a horse farm however.) I'm going to get a whole lot of education pretty soon here I hope. My girl is broken hearted over the fact that her horse is not getting ridden, no attention, and is starting to look not so well. so she has been thinking about seller her. I told her not to do it. . . move the horse to the farm I live on and I'll take care of her. well I guess I got to learn something new again It will be fun and well worth it.

It would take hours for me to try and get my chocolate lab into anything like that in the first place, but if I did, first thing he'd find would be a water/ mud hole to wallow in....it would not take long to not be able to tell what it was to begin with.....he can be a cantankerous devil though...and he weighs in about 90 lbs of pure energy....seen him run 3 miles to the duck blind and still swim 10 minutes when he gets there. best of luck selling the house,,,my bet would be slow financing right now.
