Cheeto with all the bolts you have in there, skip the weld.
I do like the cross brace with hitch reciever on both of the ones posted.
Makes for a good place to hook a recovery strap or have a winch mounted on a hitch insert so it can be used on either end.
The way you have it drawn out right now, I don't see much room for the cross brace though.
I have plenty of room between the frame rails for a cross brace. Like 25"+ -. I will have a hitch reciever in my bumper. I really wanna weld it also. The bolts holding it on will also hold the bumper on. It would be a pain to have to hold the suspension in place just to pull the bumper. Plus i wanna tie everything together in the front. Ive got a plan. Might try some mad paint skills to sho yall.
Ok i will brace the two pieces of the hanger at the front like this and add a crosspiece like this. He did his for a drop hanger which im not but using the same bracing idea.
Front mock up springs are in. Jsut needed to make sure everything lined up. Prolly gonna change the shackle mounts though. Still need to make the braces for the front
