I bet man, doing that kind of physical running around after a workout is about the best way to do it.

squash is with the smaller (1 1/2 inch diameter) black ball, you're thinking of raquetteball with the blue ball. thats a nuts game that i've never played much.

hi guys,
i was just on the Nebraska chapter forum. here a couple of days ago they had a poll to vote for a new chapter leader or keep the existing leader. we all voted for 97nukeford as the chapter leader. and i am a chapter member.
i also put an app. in at gordon trucking inc. as a trailer tech. or a trailer mechanic. keep your fingers crossed. i have tons of experience and the tools to get the job done. morris told me between all you guys you have enough work to keep me busy. if things go south down here i may consider doing that. but so far so good i'm alittle behind but not that bad yet.
