I was just curious myself. I have a good friend that is a master chef type guy. I kind of dabble around with cooking myself (not alot though) messing with different things from time to time. My buddy is really amazing though, the stuff he knows about cooking this and that is insane!
your funny morris, i do a lot of grilling. i do watch few cooking shows as well like americas test kitchen, the grill master, is another. that guy one time was grilling a large rack of pork ribs, and before he put them on the grill he smeared plain old ordinary yellow mustard on both sides of the ribs, some of your favorite grill seasoning like garlic, italian seasoning, sea salt, pepper, etc. then he put them on the hot side of the grill to cyr for 5 or 10 minutes. then he put them on the indirect side with a steel bowl of water, beer, etc. under the grate next to the coals. soak some hickory chips in warm water and put them on the coals. for smokey flavor. and close the lid and have a beer. check as normal the moisture will help the meat soak up the mustard. at the very end of the grilling process smear your favorite bbq sauce on the ribs. cook on the grill on the indirect side, for 30 more minutes. and enjoy. me i use bullseye original bbq sauce. you can use this on chicken, steak, pork, etc. it may sound gross but try it some time.
its accually really good.
