i guess i can say i have 47 years under my belt as well. funny thing is my belt is still 29. damn morris you have a belt that old? lol!
sherm try that recipe some time.
i know morris i just thought it was kind of funny. hey i'm no spring chicken either! i know gravity has a strange effect on people. that one i still don't understand, for that fact never will!
you go right ahead sherm it works with all types of meats even deer or elk.
whats good about it is, you can't even taste the mustard, but talk about good man! tender, juicy. most grill time is a few hours anyway.
Grilling is best done over a slow low even heat, preferably using lava stones.
Most people today that are the backyard cooks, just literally burn everything, instead of heating it. Once meat reaches a certain temperature, that is all it needs.
thats it paul and that is exactly what i do. wheather it be gas, charcoal or wood yes you hit the nail square on the head! i use hickory chips mostly but you use what you normally use. i tell you what! it is good. i have used applewood and cherrywood as well. i usually marrinade what i'm going to grill
either a few hours before or overnight. sorry if i am making you hungry but guys you have to try it!
