Haha dont blame it on me, I missed all the good stuff in the last page or so!
I grill alot, but mainly smokies, burgers, stuff like that. I only eat steaks once in awhile (when i do they are good butwould rather sit down to a burger then a steak), and never really did get into griling them alot.
My buddy the chef can grill a mean steak though, he has it down to a science (thats part of his job though, so he has to be good!)

i know you are and i'm going to make it buddy some how! hey i'm a strong boy still even tho i have problems with my shoulders i'm still going back to work and perform my job! if i stay busy, the pain doesn't bother me. i can chop firewood and it don't bother me. i try not to think about it i just do it!
if you don't already know i have been diagnosed with impingement syndrome! i've had it for over 20 years thats part of the reason why i got laid off! its from driving stock cars its my fault! not clays!
but that isn't going to stop me. yes i'm 47 but i still can work and i'm going to! i have to.
