Thanks for the reminder Morris. Thank God! it's only Saturday. Day 3 for Jordan In Europe, and day 2 for Dawn up north. Chili last night. Taco salad tonight. Kalan is in charge of my meal makin's. Washed floors today, only to have the dog's mess em up. They never dig when Dawn's around, but they did today. I washed and dried their paw's, but obviously miss some. Good thing we have a spin mop. Works great. Dawn's home Monday evening. Jordan next Saturday. Have a great night all.

Evening boys. Had a nasty snow shower here for about 45 minutes. If it would had kept up we would have had a mess on our hands. About 30 miles north of us got nearly a foot a couple nights ago. I'm sick of it now.
Wiped out with the horse a couple days ago. We were ripping in ovals on the wet grass and he slipped. We're both ok, jumped back up and went again. My leg where he landed was hurting pretty good but its ok.
In full prep mode for the 2016 provincial bodybuilding competition right now. My other life

I could help you out John... Its very simple, you just have to dedicate to it and not cheat yourself. The process doesn't lie. If you had an hour or so that you could dedicate to a gym or physical activity, along with following a strict diet, you would notice huge changes in a few weeks... I'd be more than happy to help if you were willing to commit

Grant may need it more than me Sherm and figured you were just hinting at him...lol
My biggest problem is staying committed Sherm. would like to do something soon but keep getting side lined working on the pickup..Just need to firm up and get my heart in shape..and lungs...lol

Happy Easter Sunday Mornin'all. No worries Sherm I was Busy Pumpin' Iron when you posted that, LOL. I do admit, I really need to exercise more. Hopefully getting active again this summer with baseball. I suckhole in the winter due to the weather and short sun filled days. Just gotta keep tryin. have a great day guy's.
