My sled will be delivered from Edmonton at the end of this month! Its a 2007 Dragon RMK with 800 miles. it was one of those snow check promotional four year transferrable warranties. I bought if from a friend I ride with.
Did you get the 600 or 700? Either way they are both awesome!
Its the first year when they made just a few of the limited build black 700's. Ya, another 'first year' venture but some friends have them and they rock - just like vintage Polaris - the limited builds are always faster than the full production ones. A friend of mine races very competitively and his and any other 2008 couldnt hold a candle to his 2007!
Yeah haven't heard of much problems for those. I think the only real recall is the fuel evaporator thing to try help the slight hesitation when the throttle is chopped. They were quick that's for sure, 140 hp for a 700 twin is sweet. Might give my SRX a run!
hi guys,
the inboard boats aren't that bad to service. the newer boats give you alot more access to the engine compartment. than some of the older ones. not that i have worked on a few! or anything like that! but i have owned a few in my day and had to work on them as well. and drive them for a little while! to bad Ford doesn't make one with a power stroke in it , or a V10 in a 19' boat i think it would get on plane quick!
and that my opinion but i could be wrong!
yea!
i know! next thing you have is a jerk that has too much horsepower and capsizes someone, with his wake, not good! but, Detroit has been puttin' marine deisels out for years that i know of! beleive it or not! detroit diesel has been powering ower navy subs
for over 40 years that i know of!
Yeah no kidding you get someone with that much amount of power in a sled and dont know to use it properly or even handle the power and end up killin em selves or someone else or at least endangering
yea!

ford ranger

I heard that also. Apparantly they are extremely popular in large boat craft.
Im with sherm though, Id take a mild winter with lots of snow. I dont know what it is about clearing snow with my backhoe that relaxes me so much, but man I enjoy doing that.
Would love to get a quad with a blade like sherm has too, but this year the hoe and the little case with a blade will have to do!
A hoe with front wheel assist is hard to beat for moving snow except in some real tight areas.
In my yard with all the buildings the Bobcat works totally awesome though I`d still like to make a wide front blade for it.
Morris Ive moved snow with a bobcat lots when I was in PA, and I loved it! It was smaller and took longer the the hoe, but nothing can beat the turning on icy/snowy conditions like a bobcat, so much fun!
Gonna get one someday, they are just a really neat handy machine.
