Happy Monday mornin'all. No worries John. I get them mixed up all the time. I was calling Kalan Jordan all weekend. Gerry: Yes, I'm the one with the beard. Have a great day guy's.
Hello Grant, thought I'd post a picture of that cross member to replace the one that I cut out. This now sits at the same height as the Heidt's front cross member and no longer hangs 3 inches below. Once I get the cab back off the frame I'll weld the nuts to the remains of the old cross member.

Looks very good John. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works out.
Hopefully everyone at your house feels better soon Sherm.
I`m a happy camper today as I bought a fairly decent pair of front fenders for my 53 M100 resto rod today, they are a little banged up but no rust.
Good morning everyone, hope you and the family get over that bug soon Sherm.
Nice score on those fender Morris, I could have used those for this build, let me know if you come across a set of rear fenders you have no use for, I'm in need of those.
Here's a picture of it installed Grant, I drilled an indexing hole on each side to pry on if needed to line up the bolt holes, the bottom of this cross member is level with the front cross member instead of 3 inches lower of the original.
Good morning Gerry and thanks.
