Morning Gerry. Looking to be a beauty here today also. Lower temp than the past few weeks, but I'm ok with that. Going to try and get momma's deck built today. Might go fishing later in the day again if the wind stays down.

Have a good one everyone!!

Good morning everyone, another beautiful day again, hope you all have the same. That loft is a pretty nice size Gerry, are you planning to keep it all open or partitioning it?

44 feet leaves you with decisions, I take it you have windows in both ends, any dormers?

The opposite end will have a door out to a balcony, no dormers yet

the city wouldnt let me put the door in yet because that end is close to the property line,
once the city is done all the inspections (and they're not coming back) I'll make the changes,
from the balcony I'll be able to overlook Lake Nipissing

So you can park in front of your closed in breeze way? Interlocking stone looks much better than asphalt and would really set your place off nice.

Yes I can park in front of the b/w, its handy for loading or unloading things

the asphalt was less money but it looks like hell, I love the stone

Happy Saturday mornin'all. Looking good Gerry. Is the loft planned as a guest room? Maybe a dog house I worked in the yard till 10pm, and still have to do some trim. All I had was Kalan to help. Dawn & Jordan had baseball. Kalan's a bit to young to use any mower's, and id deadly with the trimmer. I'll be glad when baseball is over and my workforce returns. It may rai today, so out to the yard to finish. Have a great day guy's.

Morning Boys. Suns up once again.

Gerry that driveway and house looks smashing!! Only problem is its in a suburb. Are you planning on using that suite for revenue?

Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I got a good start on the deck, have about 5 rows left to finish the top, then decide what to do for railing. Or do no railing. It's only 3' off the ground. The kids are already jumping off it. If I'm ambitious through the week I'll prep to pour a sidewalk from the steps to the driveway.

Have a great day guys!!!
