Sherm the garage is all mine, I hate the city sometimes, I know what you mean,
it will be living quarters at one end & storage at the other (maybe)
I have a one br apartment downstairs as well but I wont rent it out,

go with a glass panel railing so it wont obstruct yer view....

It's been nice here since last Tuesday, it was supposed to be a chance of rain last night and still a chance today but so far so good.

I'm not sure what I'll be up to today, I was planning to channel through the frame for the filler tube to the tank I installed yesterday but for some reason I feel pretty sore today.
