Happy Sunday mornin'all. Went to Montana's for dinner last night, and had the 11oz rib eye dinner. Sure is affordable when you don't have cocktail's. It rained most of the day then the sun cam out at 5pm. Very foggy this morning. I can't tell if we'll see rain again today. If Gerry isn't at the dog park, he can be found at the local mall, with a pocket full of toonies. " excuse me young lady, looks like you dropped a toonie"

Evening boys. What a beauty of a day. Took the kids fishing this afternoon/evening. Wife had a big carp on for a bit but lost it just before getting hands on it. Just as well...they're big ugly things anyway.

That zipper looks like it could use a little assistance...

Spent the day in the city, took my son to the driving range which the thoroughly enjoyed. He had won a set of clubs last winter and has been dying to try them out. Then we did a bit of shopping at Peavy Mart bought a tool box for the farm. We then went to DQ for supper.

Morning boys. Sounds like you had an awesome day Colin. Making memories for sure!!

Another scorcher on the way today. Looking for a high of 30, then possibility of thunderstorms tonight. I'm down with that!! Later in the week is talking of some rain also, which would be a wonderful surprise.

Have a great Monday everyone!!!

Some pics I snapped once I had the chariot cleaned up this weekend...

Gerry, you can have the heat. I'm happy with 18-20 above mixture of sun and cloud, and a light breeze

Yup pretty much. My wife doesn't let me take the Explorer much One of our 2015 company trucks showed up last week, the other should be here this week. I'll post some pics of them when I get mine.

I'm planning to park my F150 and do some maintenance/modifications once I get the company truck. I'm planning a lift kit, some rims and rubber, perhaps some pocket style fender flares, stereo, etc...

Question to all who might have insight... If a person has a company truck and it is a taxable benefit, what are the limitations/restrictions of use for personal things? Technically it's the same as getting a raise, but having a material good instead of cash. If I'm paying income tax on the truck, I should be able to use it 24/7 as I need too, not just for work correct?

Yup the truck is coming home with me. I was just reading about how its taxed... You only pay income tax on personal use of the truck. So if I was to leave it at the shop all the time, it wouldn't be a taxable benefit, but if I drive it home every night, it is taxed on that portion of usage. Basically I can use it as I please, but will pay income tax on any personal use of that truck. Sounds fair to me.

I don't know how it works but are they tracking the mileage on it, that to me would be the only way they could charge you usage on it I would think.
