Wish i could give you guys some mileage results - but its almost impossible with the kind of driving i do. today i towed 3 tons about 40 miles. Then switched to highway driving, then about 50 city. Then another 40 Towing. even kicked up some mud. Sorry guys, ill try to get some full tank results of city/highway.

well my results arent always scientifical either...sometimes i haul some ceramic tile or hardwood, etc. for one of my jobs. . . the way i see it, if you gain mileage even doing things like that, you know it must be working
I went to wal mart and got 2 bottles of the 12 oz 2 cycle oil and did a 1 ounce per 1 gallon mix I can tell you that it did make my engine run quieter and smoother I think a 1 gallon jug of that stuff would be worth the 9 dollars
ok, i'm subscribed after reading this entire thread. I would really like to hear the results received from those of you that sent some samples off for lab tests.
im interested in seeing the lab analysis reports also
i will be able to report back in a few hours to my mileage. I can tell you that I got 465 miles until the Low Fuel light came on. That computes out to about 13 mpg, rougly. I will report back once I fill up in a bit, but the benefits of the 1 oz per gallon is more than that of the .5 ounce per gallon.
I tried the super tec 2 Cycle engine oil in my last tank with a ratio of 36 ounces to 36 gallons. I noticed a decrease in engine noise and a smoother running engine overall. My mileage was right about 14mpg with using a few ounces of Diesel klean and has jumped up to 16mpg with the 2 Cycle oil. Same daily driving rout and same driving style.
Now, while there does seem to be a good short term gain, but I wonder about long term results. Will the 2 cycle oil clog up the injectors over time, dirty them? Could it cause increased ware on the foul pump from increased fuel viscosity? Anything else it could do harm to?
Still averaging about .5 to 1 MPG better using the 2 cycle. The second fill up it got even more quiet. Dont know if thats a good thing considering i just put on a 5" system lol
I buy 1 gal. of 2 stroke oil and 1 gal. of Power Service gray bottle , mix the two and so far I have gotten the best results mpg and quietness, in my Ford and Duramax. On the dmax I have gained 1.2mpg which was hand calculated. The ratio i have been using is 1 oz per gal. of the mix BTW I have always used an additive in every diesel I have owned , every fill-up since the 80's. The above combo seems great.

I have been wondering about mixing the two and trying it.
Thanks for replying now I can give it a go and not really wonder. I use the white bottle not the grey but I think I will give this a try this weekend as I need to fill up.
