Adding telescoping trailer tow mirrors

Ok guys, I am completely new to this forum but am completely lost on findiing trying to find answers to "Can I add power fold tow mirrors to my 2005 F150 4X4 XLT. I have found several after market mirrors on the internet that fit what I need but all of them are for F250's and up. Am I up in the night in wanting them?
