That truck doesn't look too bad. The trac bar is an easy fix. I wouldn't pay 25k for it though. Tires are pretty worn, and it's a v10. To spend 25k on a truck (which is over book alue) and then turn around and put 2,000 into new tires and all to get 4-5mpg unless he also drops some $$ on front and rear gears. with the gas crunch, I thnk there are better deals out there.

And just so you don't get too blinded, some hope....
