Is taking apart a Warn hub significantly different than the stock 78-79 bronco hub?
I'm going to be working over the d44 in my backyard to swap it in for the leaky one under my truck. Bushings, calipers, pads, maybe take the rotors off and have them turned, that sort of stuff.
I want to repack the hubs and clean 'em out, so I was just wondering.

Shouldn't have any trouble.... pretty easy to do.
I haven't actully taken the Ford hub apart, but a hub is a hub......
I have warns, and they were extreamly easy to go through.
Well, she didn't have insurance, per se, the car didn't have tags on it yet, and his dad's totaled it, and then they bought it back because it's got sentimental value. Basically built his dad's business by itself.

Thanks MBB, i was just wondering.
She had insurance, but they totaled it, so he bought it back. Original plan was to rebuild it into a plow truck, but after his trip to rausch creek with us he wants a trail truck too. That and he took the tags off, so he'd have to get it inspected to get tags back on it.. and it would cost wayyyy to much to make it right for inspection.
Well here's what I got from my trip to NY (thanks for the great deal ozzy)
They're still rolling around in the back of my truck lol
Hey ozzy here's a close up of the broken spring.. do you think you have the parts to make it right?
really it only looks like you hurt the main, i'de change the main and toss the over load and run it, i got the parts, you should have took the main while you were here, but its light so shipping prob won't be much
let me know how much you want for it with shipping and I'll relay the info to my dad
I thought it was more springs bent than that too or we would've taken it then
