They could get it on the rim, should do that without much trouble, and I could be totally wrong about setting the bead.....
Put a lot of soapy water, get one bead in place, and use Ol' yeller to get the other.

Well here's what I got from my trip to NY (thanks for the great deal ozzy)

They're still rolling around in the back of my truck lol

Hey ozzy here's a close up of the broken spring.. do you think you have the parts to make it right?

Can we take the top spring off (I think its called an overload spring?) and maybe a few out of the pack? Its going to be strictly a trail truck, it won't be hauling any weight..

I've always used propane

Just start with SMALL amounts and work your way up until it seats, oh and give it time between tries, so the tire can fill with oxygen again, but you didn't hear this from me.

lol....great job paul i did that too on my mercedes. but i yanked the stupid plug end off. it was about to fall off anyways but that was the icing on the cake. also ive heard of people taking out the overload springs to give them better flex. but it would prob be easier to just change out the whole spring.

really it only looks like you hurt the main, i'de change the main and toss the over load and run it, i got the parts, you should have took the main while you were here, but its light so shipping prob won't be much
