True on the 514, I'm just getting close to the April deadline, and running short on the $$'s, so at this point, I'd hate to put all that work into the chassis and drivetrain to come out with a mild 466, so when I saw the 514 deal, I got to thinking that would be cheaper than the 466 build with a little more until I get the big one done next year.
Oh, and no offense taken!! I'm always up for other views, helps me see beyond what is in front of me. I guess that's why I'm the "Voice" .........
Spend $1500 for a 545 stroker crank rods pistons and rings and slap that in your 466.
Your typing a hell of a lot better than I do after I get back after a couple hours of drinking!!!!!
experience my good man. when you reach the ripe old age of 27 you'll be able to type this way too. You know I only feel old when I realize I was a senior in highschool when I got my first computer.
was it you or was it the truck? some how they same to learn the way.
.....not sure. I seem to drive better drunk than buzzed.
When buzzed... the truck fish tails around most corners, hits a few ditches, etc...
When drunk.... I take it easy, and keep my eyes closed most of the way!
he knows whats up! with the motor axles gears lockers tires etc he normally doesnt need them. Im the one who does and hes normally sitting in the yard saying "dad you broke something again didnt you"

don't fill bad I'm 27 also, and got my first PC about 5 years ago.
Seriously though, no matter who's camp I go to around my area, there are gravel roads almost the whole way back to my house, and around a mile of black top.
At one point I built up my tollerence to where I was fine after putting a fifth down a night(good to drive, no hang over in the morning), but that was getting expensive..... Now....no more driving after 3/4 of a fifth(good thing is I'm a cheaper drunk).
