You dont need a flywheel, you need a flexplate. The windsors and romeos use different bolt patterns.

So will the new engine have a flexplate on it or will I have to take off 4.6 and do I have to change torq converter for the flexplate change too

A flexplate is similar to a flywheel. Basically a flexplate is for a automatic and a flywheel is for a manual.

you wont need one if your engine has one on it. the only difference in the fexplate is amount of bolts to the crank shaft, if both engines had a 4r70w hooked to them then it doesnt matter. This is assuming your donor engine has a flex plate on it already.

My 5.4l that i got a had a flexplate (flywheel, same damn thing) on it already and it bolted straight to my tranny.

again, depends on the tranny. More than likely, you would need the flexplate for the 4r70w because I don't think 250's came with that tranny. BUT, if your Expy has a 4r70w tranny in it, then you should be able to use the flexplate from that.

burns, the 99 Navi truck is still in the family and it was quicker than my 05, but now that I have my CAI and custom tune, the power numbers are similar (same dyno, too) so I guess we'll have to touch em off and see, eh?...
