I decided that I spend about $5000 a year on the truck and put about 30 miles on it a year. To much money to never enjoy it. I am going to slap so 36" cherry bombs on it and drive it to work a few days a week.

I just need to get into the 10's before it gets retired to the street permanently.

Three sets of headers were out by my front door when I got home from work. Got one set installed and they fit great. Also got the Dominator mounted and the linkage fixed. Should have it running again by tomorrow night.

Get some pics up. I want to see how they fit. Im not sure if I want to do fenderwell headers. I like the inner fenders and I like having an x-pipe.

Pics on the way tonight. I kept the inner fenders, just trimmed them a bit and built brackets to sturdy them up.

Those headers fit like a glove, they really show real nice workmanship!
Nice job! Real good ideal adding the bungs for the (EVAC tubes)!

P.S. have you thought about a small sheild for the steering rag joint?

If the 4X4 headers are of the same quality I'll have to give them a call, thanks for the pics!

They look real nice. Its about time us 2wd guys get some good size headers. It doesnt look like it will work with power steering though.

Didn't think about that. My truck was just a Custom from the factory with no options.

The bills always hurt.... I needed some parts ... or wanted some parts for my truck and i knew i couldnt write the check for them without crying, so i called the parts house, placed my order, and then sent a friend down with a signed check to go and pick them up for me.... He told me that writing a c heck for the amount that he did, felt really really good, especially since it wasnt his money.
