This may be new to me, but it’s really old stuff. I guess it’s because they didn’t have TV or Internet back then…
I agree totally. I thought through Geometry and Trig and Algebra, statistics... all of that I new something. Math didn't really make any sense until I saw the art of Calculus! And Linear algebra isn't so bad either. What I have to work with next semester is Discrete Mathematics.

Throughout history mathematicians have been notorious drunks, drug addicts or totally insane.

I don't drink or take drugs...

Don't think I'll be taking any Discrete Math. I’ll leave that to you Computer Science folk. I started off with a computer science major, but just didn’t like writing algorithms! ~ Would have been nice to pick your brain about those last year! ~ I wanted to just start programming! I know it’s like building a house without having blue-prints, but I absolutely hated that part! I did however find I was pretty good at the math, so I stuck with that and let the programming classes go.

Well, I drink... but it still doesn't seem to work. Number Running is making me insane!!! Oh, wait.... I was already there.

So, Snowbunny... Are you going for a strict Mathematics Major now? And if so you should really PM my wife(emmyndex), she could help.

No, I started too late in the game. I already have two kids in college ~ one first year, one third year ~ and we compete for grades. I kick their butts most of the time! I love it!

I decided that since when I finally graduate, I’ll only have ten or fifteen years to work before retiring, I better go for the big bucks! I’m going for Electrical Engineering.

I really don't necessarily think you need to tell any of them that. They all know exactly what I am. The question is who i am and at what time I am this particular individual.

No baby, I'm the one who never knows who I am, you're the one who never knows who's talking to you inside your head.

I wonder if anyone has figured out that we're really just two personalities of one person...

At least I know all my friends names in my head and BTW, Darwinian theory is a little simple for you.

Ummm, yes, but that's Ok.

The only prob might be that forums don't enjoy one member using two names, because they support 'each other' in debates and points of view, polls, etc.

But since emmyndex and oneminizut are usually just having fun chatter or arguing with themselves, I for one am good with it.

I often yell silently to myself to get in gear and do the chores.
