That's nice and small but I'm leaning to the dashhawk as a scan too also.

 

Someone a few posts back asked what color setting to use to make the Dashhawk match the factory Ford lighting. I spent some time playing around with mine and have settled on the following:

Red - 14
Green - 55
Blue - 6
Contrast - 50

Then just use the brightness setting on the dashhawk to dial it in at nighttime so it isn't too distracting.

I only want to monitor fuel pressure and EGT.

 

I too was wanting primarily EGT and FP.... I ended up with a Quad Commander which has been working well though I did fab a differenet set up for the fuel pressure sending unit.

 

The Commander will work great for EGT and Fuel pressure.

 

Dfuser... what do you recommend for the Fuel Pressure setup? The plumbing that comes in the kit is a joke (adapter, elbow, two more adapters then the sending unit). The elbow cracked then broke off on my last week... good thing I like the smell of raw diesel.... Sorry, guess I'm hijacking the thread a bit.

 

They had some problems with lines, so they went to a solid adapters to eliminate vibration. I guess the best thing is to make a flex line for the sending unit to a solid mount on the chassis to fix your problem.

PS: I have not seen any that broke as of yet, but then again not everyone reports these type of issues back.

 

I have the Edge Juice Platinum Attitude and it carries a variety of different info and allows you to display 4 at the same time or you can change it to two showings ... your choice. I installed and kept the driver side pillar handbar as well. I think I had to trim the pod just a little bit to make it fit but it looks and works great. You can't see any of the mods at all and the best part is that you can take it off and it doesn't look like you butchered the pillar.

 

Any updates on the performance of the Dashhawk? I am ready to put gauges in my '06 PSD but read that the Dashhawk does MPG info and I am leaning towards it or the Insight. Who has the best price on the Dashhawk, Mount and EGT Probe?

 

I would check with Dfuser. I'm not sure how much he charges, but he is usually priced pretty fairly, and has great customer service.
