I guess everyone can plan on bringing their own food and drink. If anyone would like to volunteer anything that would be fine and great.
Maybe a couple guys can bring a set of washer games and maybe someone can supply some music.
Any other suggestions would be great and helpful. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone and I'm sure this is going to be a great meet.

Who's handy with the computer and would like to take a shot at making up a flier for the big meet?
I would like to throw the idea of having some kind of show&shine, best truck of meet or something like that. We could keep the prize simple like a chapter t-shirt and sticker. This being our first shot at this I don't think we should break it down into categories.
Would anyone like to volunteer to bring anything. I can take care of the t-shirt and sticker if we decide to do that, and maybe a couple cases of soda.
