Still shooting for a more or less state meet is a good thing, it can still go on ok. I'm back to being home more again, just the pay sucks... We probably should start looking at dates so it can be planned ofr as well as possible. We also need to try to work on the smaller meets as well. I think ditching on a larger meet would be against the forward flow. We may not get a huge number, so as long as we watch cost and such it may help bring people all the same.

Still very much want to do the state meet. I think getting as many people together will help move us forward a little more. The St. Louis area meets are never huge but everyone that attends seems to enjoy getting together. Maybe sometime between Jun. and Aug.

Fellro do we have any kind of funds from the chapter store or is there not much there yet?

Meets are always fun, maybe even more in the smaller groups. Sounds like a good time, probably be best to avoid the Holiday weekend, soooo much goes on at that time.
There really isn't much for funds yet, I have to get $20 in profit off the shirts before I can draw any funds at all. I have the prices marked down so low that we don't get a lot off each item, I was trying to keep the prices down for the members. We copuld maybe go pot luck style, if we do it out to the lakes, may be able to have a few things to do that don't cost anything or just a little.

What would everyone prefer Saturday, Sunday, or both? Also what time of day does everyone think would be good?

For the state meet a lot of us would be driving several hours (if we can come). I would think lunchtime or early afternoon perhaps to get started?

If its in the summer (not during the college school year), any day works in my case. If we stay away from holidays, more can likely attend though.

Okay so how does 1:00 p.m. sound. Now what about the day? Sat., Sun., or both? I could do both, I plan on taking the weekend off from work, that way if someone has something going on one day maybe the could show up on the other day.

Does everyone still like the Lake of The Ozarks or do we want something different.

The day does not matter to me. If its both...then its a hotel bill too for some of us, which is ok too. I have never been there, but around or near a lake sounds like a great place to me.

My limiting factors are when it is and if the cash is avalible by then. The earlier something is planned the better shot I have. I assume others are similar.

If I am offering too many opinions just tell me to shut up.

At this time, I would likely suggest a one day meet. Not really sure we would have the attendance just yet to rate a 2 day meet, but perhaps I am wrong. Myself, I would say Saturday, but either work for me at this time, may change before then. There is plenty of shopping at the outlet mall, so the women would have less to complain about...
