hello, i live near Springfield mo in Ozark mo.
ive got 2 trucks
1964 f100 custom cab short bed 2wd 289ci c4 9" (show)
1968 f100 short bed style side 2wd P/S 302ci c4 9" (driver)
my family also has a 1967 Fairlane 500 convertible P/S 289ci c4 8" (show)
the 64 f100 has been in my family since 1967 (farm truck) and the 67 fairlane has been in the family since 77ish. the fairlane was my uncles till he passed away in 08 (lung cancer) and my father spent the money to get it restored mint to how willard (my uncle) had it when he bought it.

Welcome to the Missouri FTE chapter, and nice to have another one down south with us, those KC folks were getting ahead on the numbers.
And you are real close to a fellow FTE'er 66 overhauling guru named Alan. Yes stop in and pester him when you can, he needs it.
Stop on by the Mo chapter monthly chat b/s thread and keep in touch, we are planning a G2G (get together/bbq) in the early parts of spring, hopefully.
Real cool history on your rides, sorry about the uncle's passing, but what a great tribute to him by keeping his old ride alive and in the family.

sparta yeah if you got any 67-72 parts that you would like to sell. PM me. im in major need.
right now mainly im looking for a complete twin i-beeam w/disk brakes. my drum brake twin i-beam is bent.
im planning a major suspention upgrades. disk brakes (obviously), booster, front and rear sway bars. and the norm like new shocks.
i basically have to replace the entire front end, fenders, wheel wells, grille, bezels, hood, front bumper and radiator core support.
plus 2 front cab mounts.
and in time a rust free bed.
if youre interested in what happen to my truck the visit the 67-72 f series section.
any info you would like to share would be great thanks.
