i have a 2003 f250 6.0 the truck has 184.000 miles she deid on me and will not start up and the batts seem dead and when i put my key to the on spot my gauges goes crazy they max out and about 5 secs later they come back plaese help

 

I have an '04 6.0 PSD, before the warranty ran out, all 8 injectors were replaced at least once some twice, after 60,000 no problems till now, I have 137,000 now
the head gasket is leaking
