What is Tim to do with all us Texicans running around the forum?

jbracing: Prestige has been doing my Ford service for many years...even if they didn't get the sale. Overall pretty happy with them. I think they have 7 certified diesel techs now.

kw Yea Prestige has done me right. They called me and told me they weren't satisfied with the way the pipes were lining up and apologized but were going to keep it a while longer. First time fix works for me. Tim who?..............

Tim Lamkin is our forum moderator. We allow him to keep us on task and in line from time to time.

He is one of those New Mexico boys although we still let him come out and play every once in a while.

Well my old 03 with C94's just dusted two Honda rockets that thought they were hot. I was dumping out black smoke so bad that you couldn't see the second Honda. I need to check my air filter.

gporras,
not real sure about that. When I located my leak it was in the pipe or adapter that ran from the left exhaust manifold between the engine and firewall. Svc mgr said when one comes in for the fix the d-techs run for cover. I'll look around a little closer for evidence tonight and see what I see.

The first year I moved to Dallas...
Invited my Mom up for a visit....
And since her b-day was in Sept I got some tickets to the Cowboys and took her to see her first pro game and Cowboys game ever...

It was the first home game Herschell Walker played in and since she's an AVID SEC fan as well, she just thought this was tops....

When we walked in she just stood there in awe and said "Buddy, I've been watching them my whole life !"
A few years later she told me "That was the best present she ever got in her life" !

made me feel great to give her that memory !

Since this thread is hosed anyway......

You know what you call a Cowboys huddle? A drug ring!

If there are three Cowboys in the back seat of a car, do you know what you call the driver? Officer!

Okay, service manager called and told me that there may be a crack in the Ypipe(what a suprise). The had to order the part. There are 2 ways to replace the pipe. 1. lift the cab to get to the pipe and 2. pull the motor. I chose option 1. We'll see if this fixes the problem.
