That is what makes this forum so much fun. You get the positive and the negative. You know, the glass is half full or is it half empty. You can count on Jeb to give you the half empty and Bob, with some backup, to give you the half full.
I have seen where some people have legitimate gripes. The truck either gets fixed or replaced. The dealership was willing to go to DSB with me over the Oct/Dec flash issue. Problem is, I like my truck, it still kicks butt with C94s and being an early 03. I have driven it off road, launching boats and driving on long trips. It hasn't let me down. My experience has been good. I have developed a positive relationship with the service people. You have to go a long way to convince me that with patience, perseverence and a positive mental attitude won't pay off.
