First off I think I found where my coolant is coming from, of at least some of it. I ran it hard for a long time to get some EGTs and boost readings. Coolant is coming out the cap on the tank. EGTs where about 1250-1300 pre turbo. Boost was about 30 but when it shifted into a high gear it jumped to like 37-38. (my gauge is a 35). Remember I have a 4in turbo back exhaust and 38in tires, so you guys can do the apples to apples thing.
Sorry all. I was quite out of line. I was just a little more than upset that I could not get in touch with anyone today. I do realize the many hours that go into keeping this forum alive and well. It is by far the most informative and well kept site on the internet. I have learned more here than in all the books ever written and all the websites on the PSD combined. This is the very reason I elected to order from Motorhaven and pay $40 more than the price quoted by the first dealer I called last week. An additional $40 is a small price to pay to help continue the oustanding work being done here.
There was a good reason hardly anyone could get in touch with us:
We could not answer the phones if we wanted to. We signed a leased on a bigger place the last month of April and spent all Mother's Day weekend moving the company. The phones were down during the switch. Didn't get dial tone at the new place until about 1 pm EST, but the old lines weren't ringing over yet. Our toll free number is unchanged and will ring through now. Our old number, 770-918-8400, now gives a recording to the new number. We did manage to get all our orders out on time though....
If you call in an order, we will beat any price from a legit Supechips dealer. Just call us, tell us the price you found and where you found it (ie, what newspaper ad, web page, etc.).
Hate to tell everyone this, but the dyno results article will have to wait another week. The dyno guy did a series of tests with one tuner and had a pleasant surprise in the results. I was informed this morning that he could not finish the results because, no kidding, he had the dyno break down (completely froze up, a customer's truck was lucky it was strapped down!). Although the dyno should be fixed in the next few days, both this person and I will be out of town attending auto shows.
I really hate to leave everyone hanging, but I don't have any choice in the matter.
Just phoned Motorhaven, they're waiting for the 1704's to arrive. Got me on the waiting list.
Every time we order more from the WD, the number of orders coming in from our customers exceeds the number we're getting in. So far, PO's placed with our WD's in one week. I believe more came in today.

So much for the same dyno calibration for both vehicles!
Oh well....
Ideally, the test should start over when the dyno is fixed, but that may not be practical.
Shoot me an e-mail and throw me a bone, will ya!
=o)

Again, many thanks to all who have contributed
I want to personally thank you for writing the above statement, takes a good man to admit in writing and on a public forum what he did.

Apology accepted! Now you are officially one of us! No one gets completely accepted until he makes an A of himself like each of us have done in the past. We hope you continue to make a contribution!
