6.0 With Zero Problems
Just wonder how many new 6.0 owners have had zero problems and get good fuel mpg av. around town empty12 to 15 and hwy. 17 to 22mpg if you are one of these owners please post your truck. zero problems means just that no rear seal , no moan /drone no injector failure, and no loss of power after flash cause thats a problem

2004/2003
My truck has a build date of Engine and body of Sept. 2003. So far my truck has 3400 miles on it. I have had no problems. It has great power and runs great. I have had no flashes done or anything else. No oil leaks - Nothing. I love it !

Wow, a positive post.... wasn't sure if this was a mistake or a Ford Corporation attorney taken names??? Wouldn't matter anyway since my vehicle's service history is part of their computer system data base anyway.
I have an 03 Excursion (see below for buid date) that has NOT suffered the "big ones" like so many others have. I have had minor "new truck" issues, but that is all.
Mileage is 14 - 16 in the city.
Mileage is 16 - 18 on the highway
(Winterized #2 diesel and 40 - 50 temps).
(Was 20 - 21 mpg before winterized diesel, 80 degree outside temps and prior to October flash update).
Current total mileage is 16,500 miles since August 03.
I have most recent 12/12/03 flash.
Good luck to us... we need it!!!

03/03 with 20k not one problem but they do flash it when I bring it in. Oh I am having one problem with the two back tires, seems ever since I got the predator the rubber is disappearing rapidly from both of them.

Please go over to the “long” thread and FOLLOW the directions and post, it is IMPERATIVE we have your data also. We need trucks with no problems posting……..well the truck cannot write…………but…
