ok just saw that ford is offering low pricing on everything and since my truck hasn't hit the dealer lot yet, I'm wondering if that pricing will be extended to me since it was a special order and not dealer made order?

 

If you're referring to the 'For America, From America' or whatever, where they are offering employee pricing to everyone, that does NOT apply to 2025 Super Duties, Raptors, and...something else I don't recall what offhand. It sounds like it doesn't matter if it is special ordered or off a lot as long as you take delivery while the program is running.

So your 2025 Super Duty special order likely doesn't qualify. It doesn't matter for me, as I already get A/Z pricing anyway.

 

According to my dealer, the next deal offerings on super duties, assuming there are any, come out in May when I expect to take delivery. I special ordered mine and yet he said I would be entitled if my truck falls into the right category. Not hopeful though as it is a Lariat which are seldom included from what I have seen. One can always hope.

 

Well yesterday went to dealer to talk about truck and it seems to be going to be built 4/14 then most likely be 1st of May by the time I get it. funny thing is truck is going to be built in Louisville KY and I'm like 45 mins away go figure!

 

I live in Kentucky, about and hour and half from the KTP. My truck was built last week, 2 April. My truck is still waiting for shipment. I’m sure there’s a logical reason that’s it’s not at least at my dealer by now, but I too can’t help but wonder.

 

I received update for my truck. It shipped out of Kentucky April 4th arrival date to the dealer this Friday April 11th to next Friday April 17th.

 

Mine is built and awaiting shipment, same plant. Dealer figures end of the month to get it there, though Kenny shared info on how to track. I leave 4/22 on a 3 week trip so I won’t get it until I come back. But at least I will have it after more than a 6 mos. wait.

 

And just like that my truck arrived at the dealer today.

No email notification, and the order tracker never listed it was shipped.

I suspect this is due to proximity to the KTP.

 

Last week, I decided I wanted to swap the 2021 F150 Platinum for a 2025 F350 Powerstroke CCSB. Had a '17 F350 and really miss it.

I started looking online and found (pretty much) the EXACT truck I would have ordered just rolled off the assembly line about a week and a half prior. It was built on 3/23/25 and is currently in New Boston, MI awaiting its final truck ride to the dealership about an hour away from it.

Crazy part is, last spring I found my '24 Dark Horse while it was on the assembly line in Flat Rock -- less than 2 weeks from the time I started looking until I took delivery.

I'm 99% sure I'm going to take this one, but I do want to see it in person first.

Just got an update that mine “shipped”. Waiting on the rail info so I can track it. Finally feeling positive at this point.

 

If they have what you want (sounds like it is) and the price is right, go for it! Mine is finally being shipped after a 6 month arduous wait. Don’t put yourself through that if you don’t have to
