In still confused as to why the problem was cylinder 5 the first time and is cylinder 5 again. Does it have to do with that Icp sensor?

Cylinder 5 the second time is because the tech that installed it should be bagging groceries instead.

If you don't understand, Isiah, that washer is not a washer, it's a gasket, a seal. It can only be used once. If you remove - even loosen - the injector for any reason, you have to replace that crush washer. Leaving it off is very incompetent.

That copper washer can also burn up - especially if any mistake was made in the injector torquing, but also if an injector over-fuels.

Oh my, hadn't thought of that. I guess it has to melt, so not really chunks of copper floating around, just lots of fuel. Prolly needs to change his oil.
