I have a 2022 F350 DRW Platinum and saw the setting last week and was trying to play with it without a trailer connected, but this week it's gone and I've no idea how to get it back. I'm guessing that maybe an OTA firmware update 'feature' removed it?
Add me to the list......A few days ago I had the option and this morning it is gone. I do not believe any new OTA firmware updates took place in between.

Weird!
It looks like something may have changed in the APIM coding, because I entered debug mode on my Sync 4 and it clearly shows the Trailer Settings & Trailer Setup Configuration disabled. I wish I had made a full as-built backup when I took delivery last month. I wonder if Ford is pushing configs OTA?

I’m barely a novice user of Forscan, but have wondered if there is an option that needs to be enabled in the APIM. I looked at my APIM configuration and didn’t see anything obvious. Although, there were a few items related to the navigation system.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with Ford Sync support. The only way I was able to get that menu to show up was to do a Sync master reset (from the general settings menu). I should have kept them on the phone to ensure correct operation... because there must be a bug in the menu system, as when I turn the option on, the screen goes to the "checklist" menu, never allowing me to setup a trailer. Then after I connected my phone via android auto, the trailer nav menu selection was no longer there.... I did another master reset, and the menu appeared once again, only to then disappear once I turned on "connected navigation".
@Brantel did you try turning it on and setting up a trailer?

Reason: added sync4 ver image

I did and it does not allow me to actually create a profile. It did the same as you describe. It only shows a checklist. My Apple Car Play did not cause the menu to disappear however.
I’m guessing this feature is not ready for roll-out. I did a Sync master reset as described by others above. The trailer routing option was available after the reset, but I only got the checklist option as also described; no trailer configuration was available. After I re-established the connected navigation and FordPass, I lost the option for trailer routing.
Did you have have a trailer connected for it to reappear? I checked mine and even factory defaulted the Sync & Nav, still not there.
No, I did nothing.
Funny thing is that it is missing again this morning.
I think it has something to do with how the truck pulls its information from the cloud. I have a theory that when it is connected to a local WIFI, like when I am at home sitting in my driveway, that it does not appear but when I startup where it has no local WIFI connection, it appears. I am going to continue to monitor this and see if that holds true.
