Will do for sure. We also discussed the poor camera pictures, which he said he sees with every truck. He feels they have not updated the software between the smaller screens and the new 12 inch screens. He has a message in to his Regional contact but has not heard if a software update will fix it. He said EVERY customer has complained.
Nothing definitive yet, but it I am hearing the trailer navigation is only on the new F150's at this time. Word is that it is probably coming to the SD's in future updates.

Thanks for the follow-up. I hope that is the case. This feature alone would be enough for me to maintain an active subscription, assuming it accurately provides routes for trailer width, height, weight, etc.
I have a 2022 F350 DRW Platinum and saw the setting last week and was trying to play with it without a trailer connected, but this week it's gone and I've no idea how to get it back. I'm guessing that maybe an OTA firmware update 'feature' removed it?
Mine has the feature. I have not set up a trailer profile yet for it.
Interesting. You have a “trailer towing” routing option on your Super Duty’s Sync 4 Navigation screen? I know there are options to setup a trailer profile through the dashboard, but I do not have the “Trailer Towing” routing through the Navigation System.
I have a super duty and this feature is definitely on there. I can't get to my truck until Thursday but will check it out then. I do have the ultimate trailer towing package, not sure if that matters or not.

I will check mine again tonight, as I also have the UTT but do not have the trailer towing routing option. I verified this in a buddy's new F150 and the option he has does not show up on my F450.
It appears that some have the “trailer routing” option and some do not, even with similar truck builds. I’m no expert, but this seems like a variation in software versions. My Sync software reports to be up to date.
