Sorry to be so repetitive, but Ford still not working for me. Now it's not showing any images of my truck at all. So I doubt it's actually giving me any correct information at all. I'll give it a few more days, and than call my dealer.
I'd like to give it a few more days also. When I retrieve the data, it still does pull in the headers, and shows that data is retrieved, but all the data is blank.
The Mach E tracker creator is more knowledgeable about these things than I am, so it could be true.
I wish there was a way to contact Ford IT, but I imagine that would be pointless.
I called my dealer to ask about my F250 and from what he could tell on his side is that the order is still in production and "sent offsite", ETA Disposition due to "Micro Chip at Plant On Hold". It entered production on 11/24 and is supposed to be delivered on 12/21-12/27. Sounds like it is now in a holding yard awaiting chips to arrive. Argh....
I have the same truck coming. But I cancelled the fifth wheel kit/hitch and spray bed liner. I wasn't willing to wait 6 months for that stuff.
I ordered 11/2, got a build week of 12/6, got my window sticker on 11/30. So my truck is being built basically as we speak. If I didn't cancel those options, I'd be waiting months.
A build week is exactly that. it could be built any day that week including Friday which is 12/10.

My build date was 11/26 with delivery ETA between 12/14 and 12/20. Called Ford HQ yesterday and got the same microchip story. My guess is their chipment got delayed, and with JIT production it threw a wrench in the works. Hopefully it's just a few days of delay.

Not sure what you mean...the Ford tracker still shows "in production", not "built". The outside delivery ETA (12/20) is what shows in the Ford tracker. The window of 12/14-12/20 was shown in the now defunct spreadsheet. The tracker doesn't show anything about a delay...

Sorry, I misread one of the previous posts. I thought there was additional information showing up in the ford tracker. I've got two trucks that I'm following through the fulfillment cycle and one just changed to "in production" after several weeks of nothing since passing the build week. The 2nd truck appears to have been bumped up a week to next week.

Hi Catastrofe -- can you give out the Ford HQ phone number?
My truck (F250 Lariat Tremor w/Black Appearance Package in Carbonized Grey Metallic) shipped from the plant on 10/28/21. Delivery to my dealership was estimated to be 11/26/21. On 11/26/21, my truck was in Illinois. I wish there was a better way to track our vehicles once they leave the plant and are placed on the railcar. Even the automated telephone updates are outdated. Of the entire ordering process, this has to be the most frustrating...transit. Before the spreadsheet data disappeared, my order is #1 for taking the longest time to be delivered to WA. Today I'm at 40 days in transit. Ugh.
Got an update today. As of 12/3 my truck was at the BNSF junction point in Blue Island, Illinois. The former ETA expired and there is no updated ETA. Railcar number is the same via CSX Transportation. -_-
