I'm a little concerned about that big flapper not clearing the casting when you actuate it.
Currently it will not clear the casting, going to modify the casting some more as well as the flapper just a bit. Still have about .2mm to take out of the surface to get the flapper laying flat, then fit the WG control arm to clear everything. After that flatten out all the nicks I put on the flat surface of the casting and then start the plate that bolts to the housing.
Am I the only person that starts at page 1 on this thread every time just to take another look at that crazy van set up and then drool over that super sweet twin setup below it?
Looks like you are making good progress! Are you going to run a CAC between the turbos?

Parts from RiffRaff arrived and have been installed.
These are the cheapest bellowed up-pipes available on Ebay. Quality isnt bad, regular mild steel, hardware has 6pt rather than 12pt heads. They were $56 with free shipping.
Took quite a while to get the WG surface and flap flat enough that it would pass the flash light test. Keep in mind I am using a 120v drill and stone bits. Decided on an EBPV delete outlest flange. Think I will need to clearance it as well to clear the bigger flap.

No offense intended, my brotha! And btw your T4 setup is BA! Point me to more pics!
