I'm watching my brisket on the smoker from the comfort of my desk. Brisket went on at 5 pm. It should finish around 11 am to 1 pm tomorrow. The target temp is just until morning when I'll crank up the cook temp to around 235° F to get to a meat temp of just over 200° F.
Dang, good stuff. I figured the scaffold pic would get some interesting responses and I wasn't disappointed. I was pretty sure where that would go with this crowd. Funny as hell.

Back to garages: 24 x 48 shed. I park my truck under there and if I hadn't of been a d/a and ordered the extra foot of height on my enclosed trailer it would have fit in there too. The enclosed part is 12' wide and the 2 well pumps, water softener, and irrigation pump are in there.
Finally, my messy-a** garage. 24 x 36 with 12 x 12 "office" w/ 1/2 bath & laundry sink. My wife worked out there up until she retired from working about 10 years ago. Got cable TV and an elliptical machine (which I seriously need to use) in there. We used to get the wife's Camry and my 1500 Silverado in here many years ago. When we get through painting the inside of the house I want to get this tidied up. Race deck flooring, T&G ceiling, fresh paint.
