As my grandparents (God rest their souls) would say, it's a he/she. Grandma would never call anyone ugly, but if she said you were homely, a plastic surgeon was in your future.
Hey Scag! I stumbled across your first hunting trip! Nice deer stand!
AMC Gremlin with 304 ci V8. 2600lbs. If you could've got hp parts like 302 mustangs and camaro's with that weight you would've had a hot rod. Short wheelbase was a good wheelie popper!

For sure! Look at the meats on the back of that thing!
Makes me think of the old car chase movies from the 70's. Vanishing Point, Bullitt, Dirty Mary / Crazy Larry, 2 Lane Blacktop, Macon County Line, to name a few. My favorite was Vanishing Point. Loved the Challenger. I wanted one but couldn't afford it so in '74 when I was 16 I had saved my hard earned money and bought a '70 Duster with a 340. That was a pretty quick little car. Got me in plenty of trouble. Real cheaply made pos's though.
Whoa nice car. Foofoo had a 340 Duster w/TorqueFlite transmission. Built 340 with trans work and a high stall torque converter that was a car to beat. Foofoo was a kid we grew up with (Doug) that could bench 5-6 hundred pounds. Called him foofoo because he blow dryed his hair to flip up on the sides and hair sprayed it. LOL

FooFoo...LOL.. Mine was $1400 cash in1974 when I was 16. A friend of mine saw me one night and asked me what I was doing driving so-and-so's car. I told him it was mine, I had just bought it.. Come to find out the kid had got a speeding ticket, 115 mph in a 55, and his parents made him get rid of it. It ran good and would smoke the tires. I put ET wheels and Scat Track 60's on the back and Goodyear 70's on the front. 14" rims, I believe. I never got a speeding or careless driving ticket in it, I must have been leading a charmed life, but I put a trailer hitch on it to pull our boat for water skiing purposes. I went to my girlfriend's family's lake place on a Saturday and we skied, hung out, and drank beer with her older brothers most of the day. On the way home I got stopped for loud mufflers. The rest is history. DUI at 17 years old. Needless to say I was in deep doo-doo at the house. Kept it until I was 18 and bought my first 4 x 4 truck. Had lots of good memories in that car.
