I had to get home so I couldn't get into the leak too much. It appears to be at the top of the turbo. I wasnt really keen on how it seated at the feed line.
This rotomaster turbo has been a weird fitment. I should have returned it but I wanted to get stuff done. So it has something to do with the bolts(old and new ones wouldn't get snug so I got shorter ones) or how its sitting on top
Yeah i bought a ford turbo seal kit now knowing the new one came with it. used the orings on the drain and the gasket on top. Didnt change the oring on the tube at the cooler.
Ow and your bolts could still be to long. Maybe Bismic will se this post.
He would more than likely be able to tell ya the exact diameter of bolts. Yahiko to..
Hopefully it's as easy as the bolts on top. But I'll see tomorrow. But with my flash light I couldn't see any oil up at the cooler as I never even took it off there. I just left it in. I do have the flex line which on a van its probably a necessity. The oil leak just appeared to be from the top supply down to the valley and down the sides
