Anyone know if the McGard tailgate lock is functional on the power tailgate?

Pretty sure it just keeps the tailgate from being removed by locking it at the pivot point. So I don't see why it wouldn't work with the power tailgate.

My ‘05 F-350 came with a starter relay that had a key fob. No key fob, no start. I didn’t like it because that truck had a stalling issue. I wonder if that relay would work in my ‘17? I have it in a box in the garage.

I have the hard cover too and it isn't THAT secure, you can push it up enough to get something under it. Yes it will make it a bit harder, harder then if there was nothing.
