Ill be curious to see what the answer is. I can't think of any difference between an F-450 with, or without the package. SRW there are a couple differences.
Aren't F450's a hair taller than F350's? I was able to fit 37x13.5's on my stock F350 with the right wheels, which for me was an 18x9 +18 offset wheel. All I had to do was trim a tiny bit of fender....protector (plastic corner trim piece?) and then bash a pinch weld and throw some paint back on it. And FYI, this is still able to 'flex' out (as much as a stock truck can anyhow).
The 450 looks like it will have a lot more room to move around inside the fender well. I will absolutely be building a suspension for my F450, but It really looks to me that you could stuff a 37" tire in there with out too much trouble in stock form.
My main question is what are you doing for wheels? Proper offset is always crucial to getting a larger tire to fit without suspension work. What lifts/suspension setups are you looking at?
The ride height is the same with or without the camper package. However, the camper package has a rear anti-roll bar that might not work as expected if the truck is lifted.
Here is a pic of a stock f-450 with the wheels I just ordered
These are 37’s
Looks tight so I was thinking of doing a small lift for two reasons
1) the wheel clearance
2) I want to buy fox 2.0 or 2.5 shocks and they do not come in 0 lift. You need a 2” in the front and a 3” in the rear at the min.

good point
so some tool box anti sway bar spacers might be needed.

Me too. I was under the impression the camper package on a F-450 didn't change anything physically other than exchanging a couple bills for the certification on paper. They already come with the rear sway bar and 6000lb front springs.
The wide track front ends have a lot more wheel "swing" when steering than a standard truck so clearance to the fenders might be closer.

What is the wheel tire combo on that? 22.5" wheels?

Those shocks will work why all the manufacturers put that I dont know.
rins are AWM 22.5X6.5 with 10X225MM lug holes. Polished on both sides. I use pvc gaskets so I will be able to rotate the fronts to back outer and back outer to fronts.
bought an extra steel spare so I would have a spare and can rotate the spare out to the rear inners.
plant to mount the spare underneath deflated . I have an onboard 100psi 2gallon compressor.
these are direct bolt on.
Not my number 1 choice, but good enough .
no one could get me my number 1 choice , so I decided to move on.

How does that rear sway bar differ from the one that comes on an F-450 without the package?

I was going to say something similar. I might go with some off the shelf Fox 2.5's that were not actually meant for my year of truck, but as long as the length is right, weight of the vehicle is in the same ballpark, and they will otherwise physically fit and or be made to attach, that's all that matters to me.

Well the if it's any consolation that setup looks amazing whether it was your first choice or not! What else were you looking at?
Also I wasn't trying to put you off a lift with my previous comment. I was just speculating that it might in fact work with no lift. As to the lift you thinking front level and airbags in back, or lifting front and rear both?
